Giovanni Manfredi is visiting the department this week (14-18 February). His host is Cesare Tronci and the funding comes from a UK-France Royal Society cooperation grant (blog link here). Their joint research is on Koopman wavefunctions in hybrid quantum-classical plasmas. Giovanni is giving a talk, joint between Advanced Technology Institute and Mathematics, on Thursday (link here for zoom or live details).
