Jessica Furber wins prize for her lightning talk at the Vet School Research Conference

At the School of Veterinary Medicine 4th Research Conference, held 6-7 July at the Vet School, there was a session on 5 minute lightning talks. Jessica Furber gave a talk in this session on “Spending Energy for a Reward: Understanding the Fine Movements of Badgers“. The talk explained briefly her research and included some animations. Not only did she receive positive feedback from fellow PGRs and Vet School Lecturers, she was awarded a prize for one of the best lightning talks. The prize was a £25 Amazon voucher.
