Alessandro Torrielli gives lectures for PhD students at the Royal Institution in London

On Monday 17th October, 24th October, and Tuesday 1st November, Alessandro Torrielli has been invited to give a series of lectures for PhD students on the topic of “Sine-Gordon and Thirring model duality” (link to the programme here). The lectures are being held at the Royal Institution in London (RI link here). These talks are part of a series of events for the whole of the London string theory PhD community (link here). The room in which the lectures will take place is part of Michael Faraday‘s old apartments, and he used to receive Maxwell in this venue. The image below shows a screenshot of the event webpage.
