Masanori Hanada visits and speaks at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton

Masanori Hanada is visiting the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton this week (31 October – 4 November). On Monday afternoon he gave a talk in the IAS High Energy Theory Seminar (link here, for abstract and further info). The title of his talk was “Numerical test of gauge/gravity duality in D0-brane matrix model“. Feedback from Masanori: “The seminar at IAS was stimulating. Members of the audience, including Ed Witten and Nati Seiberg, liked the results and asked many questions during and after the talk.” The image below shows slide 7 from Masanori’s talk.
