Congratulations to Lewis Napper for passing his PhD confirmation examination! It was held on Tuesday 17th January, and the examiners were Jan Gutowski and Paul Skerritt. The title of his project is “Monge–Ampere geometry and the topology of vortices”. His project is supervised by Martin Wolf and Ian Roulstone.
