The Surrey Postgraduate Graduation Ceremony was held the week of 18 April, with the Mathematics ceremony on Friday 21 April. At the ceremony, held at the Guildford Cathedral, PhD awards were conferred on Rebecca Atkinson (supervisors Susan Hughes (Civil Engineering, Surrey) and Ian Roulstone), Timothy Burchell (supervised by Tom Bridges), and Jonah Varney (supervised by Ian Morris, now at Queen Mary University of London).
