Paper of Dorje Brody on the role of quantum mechanics in human behaviour appears in The Conversation

The paper “Could quantum physics be the key that unlocks the secrets of human behaviour?“, authored by Dorje Brody, has been published (on Friday 19 January) in The Conversation (link here). In the article, which is based on the (Nature) Scientific Reports article “Quantum formalism for the dynamics of cognitive psychology”, Dorje introduces the concept of artificial quantum intelligence (AQI) to explain how human behaviour is better described by the way probability works in quantum mechanics. Therefore, to accurately replicate human behaviour in machines, it is proposed that AI systems should follow quantum rules, not classical ones.
