Ian Roulstone is giving a virtual talk today at the Baltic Institute Winter School and Workshop (Wisla 22). He is giving a series of three lectures on “Monge–Ampère Geometry and the Navier–Stokes Equations“. The main theme is to apply ideas from Monge–Ampère geometry to the partial differential equations governing incompressible fluid flow in two and three spatial dimensions.
