Lost for words in a business situation?  Tongue-tied?  Don’t know what to say?  This Enteprise Skills Ladder workshop on Business Communication Skills could provide you with useful hints and tips to overcome any awkward business situations.   Join us on Wednesday 26 November between 5:30-7pm in Lecture Theatre A

• Appreciate the role of communication in a business environment

• Learn the golden rules for engaging and speaking to your audience

• Learn how to write and deliver an effective 60 second Elevator Pitch.

Make an evening of it, and take part in the £1000 Business Plan Challenge which takes place between 7:15-8:15 pm in Lecture Theatre A.  This challenge is for teams of 5 students (pre-formed or made up on the night) to build a business plan video and pitch for the £1000 prize.  You will have two weekends to film a short 3-minute video and then defend your pitch at the panel review on Wednesday 10 December
