Meet and Greet Helpers!

Helpers will greet freshers with a banner either at Heathrow airport or on campus to ensure students get to their dorms safely and make sure that all of you will register with the university on time!

This year, it will take place mainly on these dates:

• Tuesday 18 September 2018
• Wednesday 19 September 2018
• Saturday 22 September 2018

Fun Fact! In September 2016, International Student Support Team along with unversity members of staff and student helpers, met and transported to the university, ~600 international and EU students arriving via Heathrow and Gatwick!

Every year the International Student Support Team organised a two day orientation programme for a little get together amongst the newly arrived students to get to know each other a little better!

Super Angels and Freshers Angels!

During moving in weekend, you will be greeted by freshers angels! They are all about welcoming new students to Surrey, they’ll be in these bright yellow Tees and a heartwarming smile on their faces!
