Resilience – an attractive skill for employers and your career

Career resilience means the ability to overcome barriers and adapt to change or problems in the workplace as they arise.  It is the ability to cope with setbacks and bounce back, being able to boost your self-esteem and try again. Sounds scary or almost superhuman?  In fact, resilience is a skill that can be learnt and developed.
