Gianne Derks gives two talks at the University of Leiden

NSMB-2683 Gianne Derks is visiting the Mathematical Institute and the Leiden Academic Center for Drug Research at the University of Leiden for three months.  During her visit she presented a series of two lectures in the Analysis Lunch Seminar Series.   On Monday 3rd March she presented her work on “A minimal model of DNA dynamics in interaction with RNA-polymerase“.  The following Monday she discussed “Mathematical Modelling and Analysis in Drug-Receptor Interaction” for a very mixed audience of mathematicians and pharmacologists. The presentation led to animated discussions and various ideas for new collaborations.
