David Lloyd gives a seminar in mathematics at University of Strathclyde

VisitingmainDavid Lloyd visited the Department of Mathematics at the University of Strathclyde yesterday (Tuesday 10 November) and gave a talk in the Joint CMIM and NASC Seminar series. The talk was on “Exploring data assimilation issues for an urban crime model” and an abstract can be found at the above link.  A key part of Dave’s visit was discussions with Desmond Higham, Alison Ramage, and Stephen Wilson on opportunities arising from the new NPL-Strathclyde-Surrey partnership.
