Natalie Douglas was at the National Oceanography Centre at the University of Southampton on Saturday 9 June, as part of a demonstration to the general public of the detection of infrared waves in producing thermal imagery. This technology feeds into the analysis and assimilation of data that Natalie is working on with the National Centre for Earth Observation.  The picture left shows Natalie demonstrating the hardware at the event.
