Carina Dunlop gives a seminar at the Insigneo Institute at the University of Sheffield

Carina Dunlop visited the Insigneo Institute at the University of Sheffield on Monday 26 February. She gave a talk in their seminar series (link here) on “What do cells and tissues feel? The integration of cell contractility, growth and adhesion in mechanosensing“. The Insigneo Institute (link here) is a collaboration between the University of Sheffield, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Sheffield Children’s NHS Foundation Trust and Doncaster and Bassetlaw Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. It was established in 2012 and includes a multidisciplinary network of 300 academics, researchers and clinicians who bring together expertise in biomedical imaging, healthcare data, computational modelling, and digital healthcare technologies.
