Jonathan Bevan, of the Dynamical Systems and PDEs research group, Alessandro Torrielli, of the Fields, Strings and Geometry research group, and Matthew Turner of the Fluids, Meteorology, and Symmetry research group, were promoted by the University to Senior Lecturer in Mathematics.  These promotions took effect on 1st April 2016.
