Support Services at the University of Surrey

An highlight of my experience at the University of Surrey is the multiple support services I received from the University. As an international student, I know how challenging it can be to adjust to a new country, culture and academic system. That’s why I’m grateful for the support services available at the University, which have helped me throughout my journey. In this blogpost, I want to share some of the resources that I have found useful and how they can benefit you too.

You will be assigned a personal tutor who can guide you throughout your academic journey. The university also provides well-equipped study spaces, such as the impressive Library and Learning Centre, which offers a quiet and conducive environment for studying. Moreover, the Disability and Neurodiversity team is composed of experienced staff passionate about supporting disabled students. They provide guidance, accommodations, and resources to help you thrive academically.

Employability and Careers Support
