Martin Wolf visits Goettingen University and gives Mathematics Colloquium and Seminar

Martin Wolf is visiting the Mathematisches Institut at Georg-August Geottingen University, located in North Germany between Frankfurt and Hamburg, this week (28-30 October). His host for the visit is Dr Simon Fischer. He is giving two talks during the visit. On Thurday 29th he is giving the Mathematics Colloquium. The title is “From Chern-Simons to Navier-Stokes: Field Theories as Homotopy Algebras“. Abstract can be found here. This visit is part of a semester-long programme on “Higher structures Seminar /Poisson Geometry Seminar” (link here), and Martin is giving a second talk in this seminar on “Yang-Mills Theory as Chern-Simons Theory on Ambitwistor Space” (abstract at above link).
