Market and Pancake Day

HI!! How are you guys doing?  Wow another week has gone by though imagine! Well here I am again with my tales of how this past week went.

Thursday is an amazing day for me and I’m sure a lot of international students as well because that’s the market day! Come rain snow sun the market is always there. There’s always a wide variety of fruits and veg, trust me literally everything you can think of and you get them cheap. This is where most Nigerians get their yam, plantain and okro. You see I told you!! Here’s full proof below….

My advice is to go there in time most especially if yams and plantains are your main targets because my dear by afternoon most people have cleared them.

And there’s a whole lot more.

Well that’s that for Thursday. Pancake Day was yesterday and it was an eventful day. My friends invited me over for pancakes and boy did I stuff myself. I made myself savoury and sweet pancakes just to have a bit of both worlds I guess.

Trust me to have a smiley faced pancake for you guys.

That’s quorn and cheese with some chilli sauce. I won’t lie I was quite nervous about this but I must admit it was nice.
