Some of our Student Life Mentors are currently undertaking a secret (shh!) ‘mystery shopper’ exercise, following feedback of a service that many students use – hopefully this will help to make a positive impact for future students. More to be revealed at a future date!!
In other feedback related news, last week the Student Life team ran a focus group, asking a group of students all about their interactions with services operating from the Student Services Centre. We are currently going through the notes to see if/ what improvements can be made based on this feedback.
Overall the theme of this week seems to be that feedback is important to move forward positively. 🙂
